Deftwork Advisory is a trading name of Pran Org Pty Ltd (ABN 20 656 338 028) ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you contact us, by email, phone or our website, we collect the details you choose to give us: usually your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the content of your enquiry. When we work with you, we may also handle business information you share for the engagement.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide and improve our services, send you quotes and invoices, and meet our legal obligations. We will only send you marketing if you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run our business (such as email and hosting providers), or where the law requires. Enquiries sent through our website form are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers your enquiry to us by email. Some providers may store data outside Australia; where possible we prefer Australian hosting and we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it or the law requires.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing contact@deftwork.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
